Son Nam have licensed to exploit pure marble in Tan Ky, Nghe An. This helps Son Nam to be positive in source of raw materials. With 23 ha supercify, our reserve is estimated around 26 million MT of highest purified CaCO3 stone. SON NAM is able to ensure the stable quantity for our customer. Our raw material has high purity (CaCO3> 98%, Whiteness> 97%, Brightness > 95%) to ensure high quality products.
2. Modern technological line
Calcium Carbonate powder (CaCO3) of SON NAM is produced in a process automation, including the most modern lines: Ultra Fine Ball Mill Grinding system and Ultra Fine Air Classifier system which can be adjustable particle size from 5 microns, acid coating system, automatic packaging system. All systems are operated via computer system according to German technological standards.
The quality of the powder is controlled by quality management system day by day. We use high accuracy test equipment such as the Mastersizer Malvern 3000E particle meter and Konica Minolta brightness tester. CR410.
